Two 30 Degree Days, Two Lakes, Two Boys

It feels like at this point in the summer every nice day could be the last, which is why we're making the most of those days. 

Last weekend I woke up Sunday morning longing to dip my toes into Lower Lake in Kananaskis (the water is freezing so there was no desire for an actually swim, just a simple toe dip).  So a few hours later we were all packed up and on our way to enjoy the sun, the mountains and cold water.

...Another day, another lake.  We drove to Banff with intentions of going for a hike but instead we ended up at Cascade Ponds to play in the sand and water...much more ideal on a hot day.  It was perfect.
